Aircraft Simulators
These simulators are sufficiently realistic to engender willing suspension of disbelief. They can be quickly reconfigured to mimic a variety of fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft.
This early prototype, powered by a BBN Butterfly parallel processor, is configured as an F-16 "Fighting Falcon." Michael Harris is "flying," John Allred is acting as "flight engineer."
